When we identify a home that meets your needs we submit an offer.
Step 5
Once an offer is accepted, Escrow is Officially Open!
Step 6
During escrow you will review terms with your mortgage company, conduct home inspections and order an appraisal.
Step 7
Once all contingencies are satisfied and removed we can close escrow.
Step 8
Closing day! Congratulations, you are building equity in your own home.
